1. Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer's factory.
2. The Buyer need buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 per day for engineer.
3. During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
4. We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
1) Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer, we have 3 workshop for different kind of roll forming machine. The first one is for making color steel roll forming machine, second one is for making metal purlin roll forming machine, last one is for raw material processing.
2) Q: Do you provide installing and training overseas?
A: Overseas machine install and worker training services are optional. We can send engineer to buyer's factory to teach and install.
3) Q: How is your after sales support?
A: We provide technical support on line as well as overseas services by skillful technicians. What's more, we can provide updated spare parts to customer if they have requirement.
4) Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: There is no tolerance regarding quality control. Quality control complies with ISO9001.Every machine has to past testing running before it's packed for shipment.
5) How can I trust you that machines pasted testing running before shipping?
A: 1) We record the testing video for your reference.
2) We welcome your visit us and test machine by yourself in our factory.
